Who We Are

Doug Goyings has been a full time farmer his entire life. He is constantly striving to implement new practices that make the farm more profitable, more efficient and to include conservation practices.  However, this is not where farming stops for Doug.  He has also been an active participant in the improvement of agriculture as industry.  He has served several times as the president of the Paulding County Farm Bureau.  He is currently serving on the small grains check off board for Ohio and in 2019 was Chairman of the executive board of US Wheat Associates.  These boards help generate more value added opportunities for Ohio's wheat production.  He has been active in the promotion for many county improvement projects, such as ditch cleanings and nutrient conservation practices, as well as tile based land drainage.

Doug and his Wife Diane, have two children. Jeremy, who is a partner in the farming operation and Chelsie who works in the biomedical lab at the Wexner Medical Center at The Ohio State University.

Jeremy, much like Doug, knew at a young age that farming was the career and lifestyle in which he wanted to be involved.  During his schooling he was actively involved in FFA and Farm Bureau youth activities.  Jeremy graduated from The Ohio State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Systems Management.  He also received a minor in agricultural business.  His experiences at Ohio State have helped him to bring valuable ideas to the farming operation.

Jeremy and his wife Jessica have twin sons, Axel and Garrett.
